Brent crude oil price increased to US$ 103.52 per bbl on 04.08.2014

he international Brent crude oil price of as computed/published today by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas went up to US$ 103.52 per barrel (bbl) on 04.08.2014. This was higher than the price of US$ 103.04 per bbl on previous publishing day of 01.08.2014.

In rupee terms, the price of Brent crude increased to Rs 6316.79 per bbl on 04.08.2014 as compared to Rs 6269.98 per bbl on 01.08.2014.  Rupee closed weaker at Rs 61.02 per US$ on 04.08.2014 as against Rs 60.85 per US$ on 01.08.2014.
